Ben & Jerry’s online presence

Key Roles: Design, UX, Artworking, Animation

Whilst working for Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream under Unilever, I was challenged to create content, design websites and social media campaigns, some of which lived both on and offline. Our work appeared across Europe and the USA.

The Core Tour

A UK wide tour featuring the ‘Scoop Truck’ making stops to fans all over the UK needed an online home. Working on the UX and Design, I brought together a set of visuals to create an elaborate home for the Core Tour. With live ‘truck tracking’ and updates through social media and on the hub, fans tracked us down across the UK and got that all-important free ice cream.

Special events and activities

Combining a summer of films and ice cream to thank loyal fans and bring them together in Clapham Common for ice cream and treats.

My key roles included recreating key film moments in the true Ben and Jerry’s visual identity. Quirky, fun and ‘spoon in cheek’, we created live animated posters across London, which encouraged fans to join the summer festivities and digital interactions.

Digital Activations

Challenged to bring well known classic films to life with some love from Ben & Jerry’s.

I was part of a team creating an online hub to host the events and promote ‘watch-alongs at home’ to build the fun of Ben and Jerry’s around your favourite film nights. We designed a campaign to run up to the live film showings in Clapham Common, which maintained a summer long activation, that tied the lovable ice cream to your favourite films.

Ads featured on digital billboards a social media.

I created animations to run on social media and large OOH billboards, which were all supported by an online hub of information and live updates.
